Working hours depend on the client, but in most cases you will be expected to work on UAE time. Remote work from Morocco is possible depending on the client and our assessment, provided you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

This is not a temporary gig. We invest in our assistants. When a client is impressed by your work and wants to take things further, there is a real possibility of being hired directly by the client, potentially relocating to the UAE to work on-site.

What you will do

Your exact tasks depend on your experience, skills, and diplomas. We work with clients across various sectors and match you with the role that fits your profile best. Tasks may include:

Admin & Executive Support

Calendar management, email handling, document preparation, travel bookings, and team coordination

CRM & Sales

CRM maintenance, lead tracking and follow-ups, client onboarding, invoicing, and proposal management

Customer Service

Responding to inquiries, live chat support, order management, complaint handling, and review management

Social Media & Marketing

Content scheduling, community management, copywriting, influencer coordination, and performance reporting

E-commerce & Operations

Product listings, inventory monitoring, order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and supplier communication

Finance & HR

Bookkeeping, invoice management, payroll support, recruitment assistance, and compliance documentation

Real Estate

Portal listings, tenant screening, viewing coordination, Ejari documentation, and transaction support

Events & Travel

Venue research, guest management, itinerary planning, visa information, and vendor coordination

Research & Data

Market research, data entry, competitor analysis, report compilation, and lead list building

What we look for

MustFluent in English (spoken and written)
MustBased in Morocco
MustWilling to work UAE business hours when required by the client
MustAt least 1 year of experience in an assistant or admin role
MustStrong organizational and time management skills
MustComfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, CRMs
NiceReliable internet connection and quiet workspace (for remote work)
NiceFrench and/or Arabic language skills
NiceExperience with social media or content management
NiceKnowledge of the UAE business environment
NiceExperience in real estate, e-commerce, or finance
NiceFamiliarity with AI tools and automation
